She was a consistent contributor and showed up big time for us during some tough events and in difficult conditions,” Steward said. “Eva is undeniably a tough competitor and is very deserving of this award.“Eva also made a lot of progress personally off the course throughout the season. I’m looking forward to utilizing her as a leader, and I know she can make a positive impact on our program in the coming seasons.” Chapelet followed up her incredible freshman season with a strong sophomore year. She led our team in every event but two this season.
